Why did you major in English?

I like to read and I am horrible at Math.

Tell us about a skill you learned/developed as an English major that has helped you out in the "real world"

I learned how to organize and create more for myself.  I was able to make things happen with my words. I created a curriculum for a NCAA approved Beginner Economics course for my alma mater at LaSalle College High School.

What was the best English class you took at CUA and why?

Dr. Chris Wheatley's Shakespeare Course.  He helped me realize my writing potential and helped me develop it.

If you could give one piece of advice to current students, what would it be?

Do not be afraid to ask questions and make mistakes.

Which text was your favorite to read while you were a student at CUA? In which class did you read it?

The Picture of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wilde in Pat Keats' class.

What’s next for you?

I am writing a screenplay.
