Monica F. Jacobe
Monica F. Jacobe is a doctoral candidate working in 20th-century American literature. With a specialization in literature of the American South, her dissertation is entitled "Self Labor: Work as Identity in the Contemporary Southern Novel." Monica holds an MFA in creative writing from The American University and has taught writing and literature courses at American, Catholic, and the University of Maryland College Park. Monica currently serves as Assistant Director of the Rhetoric & Writing Program at CUA.
